What it answers
Where are the places you actually need to fill?
Use a representative week. Add each room, the number of places you could realistically offer in a normal morning and afternoon session, and how many children are booked into each slot.
If you add an average session value, the analyser can show the indicative fee value attached to currently available capacity. That figure is not lost revenue and should not be treated as a forecast.
