3. Free tools

The Nursery Numbers dashboard, ratio calculator, profit and cash flow checker, fee calculator, compliance checker and any other free tool provide illustrations based on the information entered and the assumptions built into the tool. Their output may be incomplete, simplified or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Tool output is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, employment, safeguarding or regulatory advice. It does not confirm compliance with Ofsted requirements, the Early Years Foundation Stage, staff ratios, funding conditions or any other obligation. You remain responsible for checking source data, current rules and professional advice before acting.

4. Decisions and liability

You use the website and free tools at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, cost or business interruption resulting from reliance on tool output or general website content, including decisions about fees, staffing, cash, funding, ratios, compliance or investment.
